📆 WHEN: Saturday, 31st August
⏰ TIME: 5:00pm Start
📌 WHERE: Bill Brown Courts (Training Venue), Telegraph Road

The event will include:

➡️ Presentation of team medals;
➡️ Club champion awards (e.g. Volunteer of the Year etc.);
➡️ Music and photo booth; &
➡️ Competition for the best dressed team & decorated table.

Dress Up Theme

We ask that teams come dressed as something starting with either H,A,W,K or S!

This could include Harry Potter, Angels, Wiggles etc. Please put your heads together and come up with a great theme, for the win!

Food & Drinks – Players

All players will be supplied pizza and a drink on the night.

Food & Drinks – Parents & Guardians

➡️ Drinks (including beer, wine & soft drinks) available for purchase.
➡️ BYO food, as our Pizza Vendor is only catering for players.

Decorate Your Table

There will be tables set up for players. Please arrive a little early and decorate your teams table! Get creative, make it fun! You’re also welcome to bring along extra snacks for players to enjoy, while we run through the presentation.

Seating for Members

There is limited seating available at the courts. Please BYO chair, if you’re unable to stand for the duration of the presentation.
