Grading Details for Players Turning 10+ in 2025

Please be advised that grading is compulsory for all players 10 years and older.

Please see details below:

➡️ Drop & go grading sessions;
➡️ Parents are asked to drop players off via the Greenwood St entrance;
➡️ Please help younger players (10s & 11s) to check in;
➡️ See attached/ above for session times; &
➡️ Session times will run to schedule.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some players will attend grading for higher age groups, based on their skills and ability. The parent/ guardian for these players will be notified in advance via email. Please be sure to check your JUNK mail.

Additionally, if any other players grade above their age group, we may ask them to stay behind/ come back on the Sunday for a second grading session. If this occurs, the parent/ guardian will be notified as soon as possible.

OVERFLOW GRADING DAY & TIME

We anticipate that our highly skilled 13s – 17s will need to participate in a second grading session, to ensure we get the teams correct. Please keep the following day & time free for additional grading. We will notify parents/ guardians via email on Monday, 10th February if their player needs to attend.

OPENS PLAYERS – 18+

We do not plan on grading our opens players. We will send further communications next week regarding these teams to registered players.
