The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Sandgate Hawks Netball Club will be held on Thursday 18th October commencing at 7pm at the Brighton Bowls Club (147 Northcote Street, Brighton 4017).

This meeting is an important event and a legal requirement to ensure the club continues to function and abide by incorporation rules. It provides an opportunity for members to be informed of the clubs progress and performance in 2018, its financial situation and to appoint a new committee for 2019.

We welcome new committee members and if you are interested in a committee position (as detailed in the constitution) you will need to complete and submit a nomination form or be nominated by another member, and be present at the AGM to be voted in. Nomination forms will be available at the Presentation Day or upon request from the Club secretary sandgatehawksnetball@gmail.com.

We require attendance by members to have sufficient numbers to vote the new committee in and look forward to seeing you on Thursday night.
