Please read the below information distributed by PRNA last week:

Player Media Consent - Exemption Process:


Please be aware that clubs, parents/ guardians, and spectators may take photos and video footage during games throughout the season.

We understand that some players may not be permitted to be photographed or filmed. To support this, any player requiring an exemption must have a PRNA Exemption Form completed.

Once submitted:
➡️ The player/parent is to attend control to collect a rainbow ribbon (see picture) and exemption card;
➡️ This ribbon is to be worn in the players hair during games; &
➡️ No photos or videos are to be taken of a player wearing a rainbow ribbon.

We kindly ask that all Coaches, Managers, parents/ guardians and general spectators abide by this process.

Reduction in Parking at PRNA:

The construction of a new clubhouse at PRNA is underway. This means that available car parks have been reduced significantly.

Please refer to the second picture attached, which shows that parking besides courts 16, 11 and 6 is strictly off limits to general club members. This area is now reserved for PRNA Committee members and Club delegates who will be at PRNA all day, such as our Umpiring Officer.

PRNA kindly asks that you:
➡️ Allow extra time when arriving for games
➡️ Consider carpooling where possible
➡️ Park only in designated areas
➡️ Be mindful of neighbouring properties and accessways

This will be a period of adjustment and your patience and cooperation is appreciated.
